ABOUT GAVIN GILBERT
A wise marketer once told me that a large part of marketing is to have empathy. Empathy towards your consumers, towards your clients, towards your stakeholders. The idea is to put yourself into the shoes of those that you are trying to reach, to ask yourself that \'why\' question. Why are they doing this and not that? Why do they behave in this way? As a digital strategist, I often ask myself that question not only to understand our clients but also potential candidates. My long-term goal is to one day to become a marketing manager for a video game company. Everything I have been working is towards this goal.At Concentrate, they are a S teir company that I would recommend anybody that is looking for a new role to apply, beyond being a great company to work at, their values just speak to being a good person and an overall great agency.
