Working with Tech Mahindra, Chandigarh as System Lead. Prime responsibilities is to manage Corporate IT Infrastructure (Active Directory and Exchange) for a leading telcom service provider, along with transformation of data center, It also involves providing technical consultancy and solution designing for applications running on legacy environment.Primary Responsibilities in Project- Manage Domain Controllers running on Windows Server 2003,2008 and 2012 Conducting assessment for the active directory environment involving multiple domains/forests and to perform server consolidation wherever achievable. Working with Application Teams to configure and Troubleshoot issues related to LDAP Authentication Automation for the manual reporting task using PowerShell Assisting User Access Management Team with Bulk modification request in AD Manage Exchange 2013 Infrastructure running in coexistence with Exchange 2007 Provide assistance on issues due to migration of mailboxes from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 for accounts configured with applications via SMTP and Citrix. Managing SMTP relay servers providing email functionality to all the applications. Proactive identification for configuration gaps and documenting same as known errors Member of Change Approver group for Active Directory and Exchange technologies Analyze, Evaluate and approve Changes planned for Active Directory/Exchange Infrastructure. Handling incidents escalated from EUC support team. Doing Root cause analysis for P1/P2 incidents and remediating defects to avoid reoccurrence of the same.
