About me – I was a senior leader for the world’s largest medical company. I led Finance, Marketing, Business Strategy, and IT functions in EMEA, bringing positive changes, innovation, and delivery of outstanding results. Influencing the overall strategy to become more competitive by understanding multiple markets needs, focusing the leadership teams on delivering Customer value and building outstanding, high performing, flexible teams. Combining this with my passion and skill in coaching and mentoring, enables me to effectively help a wide range of diverse businesses.
