Production Management • Risk & Capacity Management: Built and maintained hourly production schedules 6-8 months out for a 22-person cross-functional team, enabling accurate capacity forecasting and predictable delivery across 10+ shows. • Workflow & Systems Design: Developed and maintained show plans, calendars, dashboards, trackers, and launch roadmaps across multiple work management platforms to improve visibility, coordination, and milestone tracking. • Process Optimization: Established documented workflows, file systems, automations, and delivery processes that reduced rework and clarified ownership across teams. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Led and facilitated structured group interviews with production, post-production, and marketing to visualize end-to-end workflows, handoffs, ownership, blockers, and gaps; synthesized findings into a single operational map that clarified who does what, where work stalled, and embedded it into our project tools. Production Coordination & Creative Support • Script & Asset Support: Reviewed scripts on an ad hoc basis, providing narrative, formatting, asset tracking, and transcription notes to support supervising producers and hosts during early development. • Recording Support: Scheduled and coordinated Riverside recording sessions; supported producers and hosts during audio capture with live script edits, takes, and feedback on prospective stories and talent. • Audio Review & QA/QC: Supported V1 audio reviews and final QC using Nugen Jotter, Frame.io, and Descript to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and overall sound quality. • Publishing & Distribution: Supported episode scheduling, SEO, and distribution in Simplecast and the fan-club app to support accurate, timely releases.
