I am an RICS Member, Registered Valuer and have been working in the property profession since 1993. My roles have also included auditing panel surveyors reports and providing advice and support to the lenders and underwriters in their decision making.In my current role I am the lead surveyor, training and advising staff surveyors and lenders on the valuation process including legislation and regulations that need to be followed when undertaking these complex property assessments and valuations.In previous positions I have been required to negotiate large volumes of Part one compensation claims due to the affects of new and altered road schemes on behalf of the Highways Agency throughout the north of England and into Wales.I have also been involved in the site acquisition of sites for mobile phone masts throughout the UK as well as valuing large volume residential properties for local authorities as part of their asset register requirements for the level of stock they retain.
