My current research focuses on cancer immunotherapy, using single-cell data from 13k individuals across 30 organs to explore population-level diversity in immune targets. By examining how factors like ageing, sex, and ethnicity influence immune pathways, such as LAG3, SLAMF7, and CD83, my work uncovers critical immunological changes. I apply AI models to identify novel immune targets, aiming to advance cancer research with dynamic and clinically relevant cell representations.
