I am a passionate and driven individual and a recent graduate with a Masters in Public Health and Masters in Business Administration from Claremont Graduate University. Currently working at Alta Med where I\'m gaining valuable experience in clinical quality and project management. My career mission is to transform the healthcare landscape in my community and beyond, making it more equitable for all. I thrive on leading teams to work toward this vision, and I\'m excited to explore opportunities that align with this purpose. My educational and professional journey has shaped my goals profoundly. I aspire to become a project manager, overseeing health clinics that directly impact patient care. My ultimate ambition is to manage a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering comprehensive primary and specialty care, while also developing community-based programs to provide intersectional preventive care and education. Beyond that, I envision transitioning to a central department within a healthcare system, where I can contribute my critical understanding of care delivery and advocate for a healthcare system that prioritizes preventive health and holistic care. During my MPH program, I found my true calling, and my internships have been instrumental in clarifying my path. Now, as I step into the professional world, I seek an organization that shares my passion for transforming healthcare. Building strong relationships within this environment will be crucial in realizing my goals. As an early-career professional, I am eager to contribute innovative ideas to community health and delivery, all while continuing to learn and grow.
