ABOUT SHIRLEY SAKER
I graduated with a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut. I am currently a Registered Dietitian in the US and a Licensed Dietitian in Lebanon. I have over four years of experience in public health, administration, research and nutrition.
