Biologist, with more than 16 years of experience in Pharmaceutical companies. 2 years in medical education, developing new educational models and executing strategic Scientific Committees that manage Educational Programs aligned with the unmet medical needs for a Therapeutic Area with a clearly impact focus on behavioral change that also have an impact to implement monitoring control for medical events assuring the adherence to Compliance.As well as, more than 16 years as Line Manager/Functional Manager/Project Manager in clinical research, developing, managing and planning clinical projects from phase II to IV and Bioequivalence studied under Regional and Local scope; implementing new strategies for recruitment that impact in the quality of international, regional and local clinical trials; also implementing efficient strategies for start-up projects, including and developing new potential investigators. In addition as managing and developing staff members within CROs/Pharma. As well as, supporting medical affairs team to create and execute new clinical trials that impact the registry dossier for new products.
