ABOUT FREDERICO CIPRIANO BATISTA

With over 10 years of experience in the tech industry, I have worked across strategy, operations, marketing, and product, with a strong focus on project portfolio management, business development, team leadership, and the delivery of management consulting and IT projects. I have held various roles including Portfolio Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, PMO Lead, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), managing fast-paced projects in both Agile (Scrum) and waterfall environments, across multiple industries including Pharma, Retail, IT Services, Law, Banking, Public Sector, Telecommunications, and Energy. I hold a PhD in Management – Strategy & Entrepreneurship from ISCTE Business School and completed executive education in Management & Leadership at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. I also hold a Product MBA and leading industry certifications such as PMI-PfMP®, PMI-PgMP®, PMI-PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, SAFe®, PSM I, and PSPO I. As a Professor and Executive Trainer, I lead courses in Project & Product Management, Agile Methodologies, Innovation, and Strategy, both in academic and corporate settings. Throughout my career, I have trained, mentored, and contributed to the development of numerous project and product management professionals. I am driven by curiosity, experimentation, and a continuous search for better ways to deliver value.
