ABOUT FRANK DANIEL HERNES

Frank Daniel Hernes has served in the Royal Norwegian Air Force (RNoAF) since 1991, with leadership evaluations documenting excellent managerial and relationship skills from a broad range of fields, positions, and levels, primarily within logistics and project management, and of lately at the strategic and political level.• He has extensive national and international networks, through service in the U.S, his military education, and extensive work with international and U.S. organizations, through service in the Multinational Fighter Program (F-16, MNFP), F-35 community and at the ministerial level.• He has deep knowledge of international relations, Norwegian security policies, challenges and possibilities in the High North and Arctic environment, the Norwegian Armed Forces, and of the ministerial and political levels of the Norwegian government• He is an acknowledged leader, with highly recognized results from complex work environments, such as the F-35 Program and military R&D community in Norway.• He has excellent people skills, a track record of creating teams leading towards common goals, which along with subject matter expertise has provided results from integrated work in US organizations, international cooperation and cross-sectorial and -organizational work.
