Monitoring overall project portfolio health, identifying risks, and creating clear status reports Tracking project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans, and maintaining a comprehensive risk register. Enhancing PMO processes, tools, and templates, while ensuring consistent adherence to governance frameworks and best practices. Optimising resource allocation, tracking utilisation, and guiding project prioritisation. Facilitating clear communication between project teams and stakeholders, and coordinating key meetings. Analysing project performance data to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making. Managing internal business systems, assisting with equipment logistics, and contributing to compliance efforts (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
