ABOUT FRANCISCO LOPEZ

I’m a Project Manager in Kaufman Rossin’s Business Operations group, where I focus on improving processes, strengthening systems, and supporting firmwide operational initiatives. My work spans system implementations, data integrity, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination.Before joining the firm full time, I partnered with a pre-seed startup to build a revenue forecasting model to support fundraising. Prior to that, I spent several years at a technology startup, where I held roles in sales, sales leadership, and revenue operations. I eventually managed the company’s business intelligence function, overseeing data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and the operational infrastructure behind sales and marketing.I bring experience from startups, SaaS organizations, and larger companies, which helps me approach operational challenges with a balance of structure, adaptability, and analytical rigor. I enjoy fixing broken processes, making systems work better, and helping teams focus on what actually moves the business forward.
