My background demonstrates a proven record of software engineering experience and leadership accomplishments in the ERP and IT industry with Thrive, Izago, Cegedim/Dendrite, and iCorps Technologies. I work with senior management on the development and execution of strategic initiatives that leverage software design/development, applications & analytics operations, and managed IT services for database (DBA), SharePoint, and ServiceNow deployment, subject matter expertise, and administration.My latest focus is on rolling out, growing, and leveraging ServiceNow for managed IT (MSP) services; decommissioning legacy on-premise systems; and scaling up the applications managed IT services profit center.
