As a Nonprofit Excellence and Transformation Fellow at the Center for Academic Community Engagement (ACE)- Siena College. I collaborate with local non-profit organizations to assess and enhance their operational effectiveness. I provide actionable recommendations and support to help non-profits strengthen their resources and optimize their impact. I also develop and deliver tailored strategic plans that align with the specific needs of each partner, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth. In addition to my role at ACE, I am a Student Presidential Leadership Council Member at Siena College. I also lead project management efforts for successful event delivery, ensuring all aspects are organized and on schedule. Furthermore, I am a Damietta Advocate at Siena College, conducting trainings on diversity, inclusion, equity, and microaggressions. I am passionate about creating positive change and empowering others through leadership and community engagement.
