Pernille is one of two owners in Flowchange. Flowchange specializes in green logistics on land and at sea. We assist shipping companies, charteres and ports with the green transformation. We are central in the Green Shipping Programme (GSP) administered by DNV and work close with Norconsult on port development. Flowchange has strong expertise in strategy, logistics, alternative energy, digitalisation, innovation, finance, investment decision and change management.In GSP, Pernille is responsible for a portfolio of projects realizing green ships. She identifies and recruits customers with potential for profitable zero emission ships, develop concepts and follow the projects to investment decisions. This encounters developing sustainable shipping solutions in line with the business strategy, ensuring agreements between shipowner and charteres, applying for Enova grants, ensuring financing and converting intentional agreement to agreements, with customers, alternative fuel providers, yards and subvendors and anchor and develop decision support documentation for C-level and board decisions.
