ABOUT FIORELLA RIZZÀ
I\'ve been a UX writer/content designer and strategist for 10 years and a copywriter for 12 years. My career started in marketing, but I pivoted to UX during my 3-year stint at tech unicorn Envato in Australia. I then combined UX, marketing and content strategy for the 3rd largest e-commerce website worldwide—Booking.com. After a year building the craft at Hopin, one of the fastest-growing startups ever, I now lead the UX Writing team at Qonto, the French fintech for SMEs currently taking over the neobank space in Europe.From human-talk microcopy to acquisition campaigns and on-brand voice and tone guidelines, I deliver stuff that\'s good for people and for the business. And for myself: I don\'t ship copy I\'m not proud of.I’ve also been a freelance translator (Ita-Eng and Ita-Fra) for 12 years.
