Reporting to the Chief Sustainability and Innovation officerI lead Adbri\'s Climate & Sustainability team, accountable for shaping and delivering group-wide sustainability strategy and performance. My role spans strategic leadership, governance, compliance, and engagement to position the organisation for long-term resilience and growth.Key Leadership Responsibilities- Decarbonisation: led the on-going development and governance of Adbri\'s decarbonisation strategy, including group-wide emissions reduction initiatives, performance tracking and reporting- Sustainability strategy and improvement: Directed development of Adbri\'s enterprise-wide sustainability framework refresh and oversaw sustainability improvement strategy and initiatives including delivery of Adbri\'s ISO 14001 aligned environmental management system- ESG Governance & Compliance: Ensured regulatory compliance across NGER, Safeguard Mechanism, NPI, ABS and other reporting frameworks, embedding strong governance processes- External ESG Disclosures: Oversaw the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report, climate and sustainability disclosures for the Annual Report, and organisational readiness for new Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS)- Leadership & Engagement: Built and led a high-performing team, driving cross-functional engagement and group-wide education and awareness to embed sustainability across all business units
