ABOUT FIOLITA LOUISA RAFHADITA

I am an Accounting student at Universitas Terbuka with an interest in financial management and reporting. I graduated from SMK Negeri 1 Malang, majoring in Accounting and Financial Institutions, and received certification from the National Accounting Olympiad organized by several universities. I started my career before graduating from vocational school as an Accounting Staff in a tobacco manufacturing company. In this role, I managed the accounting cycle, prepared financial reports, and helped the company understand its financial condition. This experience built a strong foundation in practical accounting. Currently, I work in a state-owned enterprise as a Project Cost Administration Staff. My responsibilities include managing cost data, preparing financial documents, and supporting financial control in construction projects. Alongside my studies and work, I take part in scientific writing competitions as a team leader and team member. This experience has improved my research skills, critical thinking, and teamwork, especially when working under deadlines. I also join seminars, courses, and discussions to expand my knowledge and build connections. I can manage my time well, so I am able to balance my studies, work, and other activities. I value discipline, responsibility, honesty, and adaptability, and I am open to new challenges and opportunities to grow.
