My work focuses on operational management, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to improve efficiency and support decision-making- Assist the operations team in coordinating daily activities across the franchise network- Collect, update, and validate operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal management tools- Collaborate with multiple departments to track KPIs and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas- Participate in operational meetings, drafting reports and following up on key action points- Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal digital platforms and CRM systems- Contribute ideas for process optimization and continuous improvement within the franchise structureThis internship is providing hands-on experience in franchise management, combining analytical work with operational exposure in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
