ABOUT FERRAN GONZÁLEZ I BARBERÀ

I have worked for over 20 years in project and program management, acquiring business knowledge on HR, FI, Operations and a cross background on IT. Lately, from teams of Business Transformation and Product Development, I have also built up experience on Salesforce, complex cloud architectures and distributed systems. I am naturally good at communication, coordination, quality and process streamlining, reasons that support my performance in my current director position and that lead my professional interests. You will find in me a people-oriented professional who loves both managing complex projects and high diversity teams. Deeply motivated by complexity and long-term endeavours, my technical background and business knowledge acquired across the years enable me to envision successful solutions in each case. My professional career started after completing my bachelor in Computing Engineering, directly diving into the configuration of HR and Payroll Systems. Rapidly my interests leant towards big sized projects and global markets, mainly for their implicit high responsibility and diversity of stakeholders. Across the years I steered my focus into project and people management and development, blending technology and strategic direction. I would describe myself as committed, efficient and versatile. I love changes and I enjoy challenges. By nature, I strive to obtain a good atmosphere around me, as I believe that this contributes to the achievement of goals. Some valuable skills have come through my hobbies, making me a more complete professional. Travelling, mixing with other cultures, being an outdoor lover and my natural focus on personal development have shaped me towards being a more competitive, effort oriented and complete professional.
