I love challenges and trying new cultures always convinces me! I\'ve started my career in the Audit department at Deloitte across several African countries before specializing on internal Monitoring Controls & Compliance areas being at companies such as BNP Paribas, Citibank (Lisbon & Madrid) and Barclays (Lisbon & London).Recently I\'ve helped launching the Operational Risk area for Carrefour Bank Brazil (São Paulo) before moving back to the UK, where I\'ve helped Wonga improving their 1st LoD and achieving their FCA License. Currently I\'m the MD of Link Financial in Portugal where we\'re building a new operations platform in Portugal to service different types of assets classes. I hold a BA in Finance and I speak Portuguese, English and Spanish.I am generally curious in life and believe that Trust and Integrity are the foundations to any successful relationship.
