I am a Senior Project Engineer with demonstrated experience in manufacturing and product development roles for more than 10 years. In my engineering position, I lead the design, testing, and validation by working with an international team. I mentor and support junior engineers on material selection, prototyping, tolerance analysis, GD & T, and design qualification. My partnership with an offshore vendor delivered two of our 3D printers (3D45 and 3D40-Flex) to market as a new product category for Dremel. Having led the high-volume rotary tool (Dremel 4300) design and team execution, this resulted in the successful introduction of this product to market.
