ABOUT FERNANDA RONCHI

My skills in foreign trade and logistics, started in 2010 with stage in Litoral Soluções em Comércio Exterior (Litoral Solutions) company with the operational department. Throughout my career I have had operational control of learning, especially operating in forwarder area. The standardization of different procedures allows me to broaden knowledge assisting in the development of commercial and operational activities. Nowadays, I work as Customer Service at ALLOG and it adds me to expand knowledge in the international logistics process as a whole, with sea and air logistics. Working with various types of customers in the fields of import and export with many materials but especially with reefer cargo. I remain in continuous improvement and training through courses and business management related training, personnel management as well as information exchanges with market professionals. Finally, the various activities imposed upon me by the companies where I worked, provided greater adaptability to change processes, providing greater personal and professional development.
