Responsibilities of performing testing (User Acceptance Test) and monitoring Production Trial Run (PTR).Communicate and collaborate the development between IT business partner, Back End Application Team, QA team and Key User.Responsibility to present all of the ideas for all of the stakeholder.Monthly maintain master data in IPA HC Center which include upload the master data, sign and picture of employee.Daily do and create ad-hoc payment from 3rd party application (LinkAja) to employee as a reward.Maintain the oblygo all of the ad-hoc payment.Analyze master data of employee, as example the turn over of employee.Create the dashboard demography of employee which include, the summary of total employee, education, job role, gender, generations etc.Daily services ad-hoc about specific request of employee data.Collaboration and support another group/sector about another system development which includes API to SAP HR.Responsibility to handle and services VPN for some critical process for employee.Scheduled the refreshment SAP every year for all of the SAP user for reduce the error during input or upload data which include Training offline, online and responsibility to renew the learning video of SAP.
