ABOUT FELIX HANISCH
Felix became Site Lead of Bayer CropScience Switzerland in Muttenz, starting in October 2023. Prior he lead the department Process & Plant Safety at Bayer AG in Leverkusen, supporting all production sites globally through process safety expertise, PHA competence and a certified safety lab. From 20••••24, Felix was member of the board of NAMUR, the international user association of automation technology in the process industries. Previously he headed Industrial Automation at Bayer, Global Process Control Technology at Covestro, worked at Bayer’s production sites in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Houston, Texas. Parallel to his technical profession, Felix Hanisch co-lead the global initiative for Diversity & Inclusion at Covestro, promoting open-mindedness and fostering diversity throughout the organization.
