ABOUT FELIX BONN

I’m interested in how organizations manage change – how processes, technologies and people come together to make things simpler, better and future-ready. This curiosity has guided me since my studies, where I focused on digitalization and AI. One of the most formative experiences was co-founding RRive, a real-time carpooling app. There, I learned how ideas become products, how processes evolve and how transformation feels in practice – with all its challenges. Today, I enjoy bringing these experiences into projects that combine digital transformation, collaboration and practical problem-solving. Whether in a startup, a corporation or somewhere in between – I work in a structured, pragmatic way and keep an open mind for what people and processes need to move change forward. At RRive GmbH, we are developing an innovative carpooling platform that efficiently connects drivers and passengers through the use of artificial intelligence and an integrated navigation system. Our goal is to enable spontaneous, cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and flexible carpooling rides, with optimized route planning that ensures particularly short travel times. We place a strong emphasis on reliably covering rural areas, thereby ensuring mobility even outside urban centers. Our solution offers, for the first time, a genuine alternative for everyday mobility and makes a valuable contribution to environmental protection.
