Currently an Agile Coach at Banco Bradesco, contributing to the continuous improvement of product management, development, and delivery processes, with a strong focus on product mindset, customer centricity, value-driven outcomes, people engagement and education.I played a key role in the design and evolution of the Agile Operating Model at Banco Next, as well as in the leadership and development of Agile professionals within the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE).In parallel, I have hands-on experience as a Product Owner, where I was responsible for defining product value, feasibility, and prioritization across multiple initiatives, including: Next Joy; Payroll Loans (Consignado); Benefits (Mimos); Credit Card delivery (card issuance and logistics); Internal Management Systems (configuration and campaign engines) Travel Insurance; Payroll products (salary portability).I am a specialist in product discovery and software delivery, with 20+ years of experience in Information Technology, having worked as a Project Manager (PMP), Development and QA, Systems Analyst, and Software Developer. This background provides a holistic, end-to-end understanding of the product lifecycle, from discovery and value definition to delivery, quality, and scale. My academic background includes Philosophy and Communication (Advertising and Marketing), along with a postgraduate degree in Educational Management, strengthening my systems thinking, critical analysis, contextual awareness, and human skills for solving unstructured problems. I hold certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional) by PMI, Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Scrum Master (PSM I and PSM II) by Scrum.org, SAFe Agilist, Agile Coach by ICAgile, BPM (Business Process Management) by OMG, and Product Management by PM3 School, among other professional credentials.
