ABOUT FEDERICO PERDICHIZZI

I have a degree in Organizational Information Systems, I am IT Coordinator at FLACSO Argentina, and I am passionate about technology and its advantages. I believe that teamwork is the key, and its performance relies on the fact that the knowledge related to the task and the objectives to be achieved are shared by those who are part of it. Leveraging on the experience and knowledge acquired, I proactively carry out analysis and evaluations, elaborating courses of action in order to optimize processes that allow reaching the objectives in a more efficient way, enhancing the available resources and improving the quality of the offered service, both in its tactical and operative aspects. In my job, decision-making is supported by an exhaustive analysis of the available information and the expectations and/or limitations; from this it is possible to design and choose the best courses of action, taking into account the interests of the parties involved and respecting different opinions, but without losing sight of the most important asset that a team has: its members. Participating in Digital Transformation processes, I collaborated and led projects of going Paperless and virtualization of educational environments and remote working. From the analysis and diagnosis of the problem, I evaluated alternative solutions according to the needs, the available human capital and its degree of digital literacy, to implement changes that contemplate the safeguarding of the IT assets of the Organizations and the critical aspects of security. It is my conviction that the rational use of technology enriches people, and therefore I always try to find an accessible language to facilitate such understanding. In multiple opportunities, my contributions have helped to solve situations in which the interlocutors could not reach an agreement, because they did not share common meanings or because of the lack of knowledge of specific topics related to the different aspects of technology. With a holistic view of the Organizations or Areas in which I have worked, I can affirm that I have always achieved good feedback on the work done, accumulating experiences that help me to have an integral vision, a careful analysis and a better understanding of the problems that arise in them. This has allowed me to make a differential contribution, according to the quality expected by those who required my services, while achieving a good synergy with my work team.
