I am a highly technical Project and Program Manager with expansive IT knowledge and solid business acumen with over a decade of experience. My unique abilities are wide-ranging across business the vision and I am adept at ascertaining how technology fits into the overall big picture, aligning strategic objectives with forward-thinking technology plans. For more than ten years, I\'ve successfully executed multimillion-dollar concurrent technical implementation, migration, and integration projects. My ability to articulate highly complex technical concepts and processes to executive stakeholders and multiple departments is unparalleled and allows me to align solution utilization and ROI. I am a process-driven professional, advocating data-driven decision-making, and have adeptly implemented Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies across diverse organizations. As a technical project manager I have a grasp of the objective and status of my projects in my program bridging the gap between technical and non technical people.
