ABOUT FANNY KORMAN

I strive to inspire excellence by providing services as a performance improvement consultant with a focus on coaching, facilitation, needs assessment, instructional design, training, evaluation of training and a world renowned train the trainer program.Native Spanish and English speaker with a multi-cultural background, I bring to my clients a deep and personal understanding of the nuances of cultural diversity. Since immigrating to the US from Cuba, I\'ve had the privilege to live in the main land US, Puerto Rico and Quebec which offered me an opportunity to understand what makes people different and what they have in common.
