ABOUT FALK REHKOPF
I work with senior leaders who operate in complex, high pressure environments and who want a trusted space to think clearly, decide confidently, and lead with presence.I am a certified Systemic Business and Executive Coach and a former CEO, with more than twenty years of executive leadership experience across technology, data, communications, and public affairs. Having held senior roles myself, I understand the realities of responsibility, stakeholder dynamics, and decision making when the consequences matter.Leaders typically work with me when they need to sharpen their influence with senior stakeholders, strengthen strategic communication, or navigate moments of transition and increased visibility. Engagements often focus on moving from insight to decisive action, aligning diverse priorities, and communicating in a way that resonates at board and executive level.My coaching combines strategic thinking, systemic perspective, and direct conversation. Clients describe the work as pragmatic, focused, and efficient, helping them gain clarity quickly, challenge assumptions productively, and develop a clear plan of action. A deliberate use of humor often helps create perspective and momentum, especially in demanding situations.Alongside my executive background, I have invested deeply in formal coach training and professional standards. I am accredited as a Senior Coach Practitioner with EMCC Global and am a member of the International Coaching Federation. My coach education includes systemic business coaching, agile change coaching, team coaching, psychological approaches for executive coaching, and mental fitness coaching.Before focusing fully on coaching, I served as CEO and executive leader at organizations including Cision and Ubermetrics Technologies, and held senior roles at Forrester Research, IBM SPSS, and within the German Parliament.
