As Project Manager within the Group cybersecurity organization, I oversee strategic initiatives around enterprise cryptographic solutions and secure digital transformation. My scope covers Key Management Systems (KMS), Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), ensuring robust protection of data, services, and identities across the Group and its key business units, including Ampere and Mobilize.I drive end-to-end project delivery, cross-entity coordination, and strategic alignment between business, security, and technology leaders. Beyond operational leadership, I’m responsible for executive communication, budget management, and stakeholder governance, ensuring that cryptographic capabilities scale with business evolution and regulatory expectations.A key aspect of my current mission is leading the Group’s Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Transition Program, defining the roadmap and governance to prepare our ecosystems and infrastructures for the quantum-resilient era.I’m also responsible for establishing the cybersecurity carve-in process within M&A activities, designing frameworks, governance models, and operational guidelines that define how newly integrated entities progress from MVP cybersecurity baselines to full compliance with Group Security Policy standards
