ABOUT FABIEN BENZOUAÏ

Over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical company and mainly in Quality areas (both QA & QC), my main competencies are divided by four main topics- The first related to the Quality for ensuring and guarantying the compliance of drugs, their manufacturing and according to cGMP, BPF, ISO standards … - The second one is the Leadership, mainly the human management. During more than 15 years, I have leaded people, to reach common goals, to increase the best of themselves and to develop/reinforce their knowledge and quality mind-set / quality culture- The third one is combined with supplier audits as Corporate Lead Auditor. The main categories audited are the suppliers of primary packaging materials (glass, rubber, plunger), secondary printed packaging materials (leaflets, cartons, labels, aluminium foil), warehousing and transport. As audit type, I am able to perform a qualification audit, surveillance audit and audit for cause. The IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditor) certified auditor was well passed to confirm this- The last one is dedicated to the management of supplier that means handling agreements/contracts, complaints, follow quality performance, quality visit, notification assessment, ensure interface between internally & externally stakeholders. During this period I have implemented several outsourced activities such as the transfer of sampling process and the analysis tests carried-out initially by NN QC- Target roles: Manager & Senior Manager, Quality Specialist, Supplier Lead Auditor and Audit Client Delegate- Sectors: Quality Assurance, Quality Control in Pharmaceutical industries- In comply with Ofman model my main strengths: the sense of communication / the commitment / open and honest / Management (leadership, sense of responsibilities).
