Oversee communications and negotiations with other Adecco group entities to determine acceptable solutions designs, pricing and contractual terms for accounts and projects that are being exported from the U.S and imported into the U.S. Manage the administration of international account contracts, sales tracking, assembly of information and reports- Provide counsel and direction for opportunities with U.S. sales potential when foreign clients looking to penetrate the U.S. market; engage and manage subject matter experts when required- Provide counsel and direction for opportunities with international sales potential outside the U.S. when U.S. clients looking for Adecco Group service offerings overseas; engage and manage subject matter experts when required- Sales proposal for new and expanding businesses - International contract negotiation- Implementation of service plans related to international contracts- International accounts billing related to some accounts international rebate policies; participate in special projects when needed
