ABOUT EVAN HALL

I develop customer-centric learning programs for delivering business outcomes. At Karbon, I built a scalable solution that served on demand resources to help internal revenue teams measure and optimize their customer engagement. My core strengths balance focus on key objectives with analysis and identification of major obstacles. At Xero, this included redesigning a live customer growth workshop to deliver the same value at broader scale and with dramatically lower cost. In my free time I volunteer as an umpire for Little League Baseball… because who doesn’t want people yelling at them on their time off? I’m also a home brewer, a hobby I’m either very good at, or which proves that people are unfailingly polite when you give them free booze.
