ABOUT EUNIQUE CABRINI IKIUA

Kia ora and Warm Pacific Greetings,I live and thrive at the intersection of technology, culture, and social impact, with a deep commitment to transforming New Zealand’s public sector. Passionate about driving digital innovation, I help agencies turn visionary ideas into actionable solutions—empowering citizens, modernizing services, and building a more resilient, future-ready nation. As an Account Executive at Microsoft, I partner with New Zealand public sector leaders to unlock the transformative potential of technology as an economic multiplier, creating lasting, positive change that strengthens New Zealand’s future.Beyond Microsoft, I lead Three Star Nation as a Strategic Director, focused on empowering Niue youth and families globally to preserve and revitalize Vagahau Niue, a UNESCO-listed \"definitely endangered\" language. I design and implement immersive programs across Performing Arts, Economic Development, Health, Education, and STEM—fostering innovation and leadership while bridging our cultural heritage with forward-thinking solutions. My leadership in these areas aligns seamlessly with my tech role, where I leverage digital tools to connect, elevate, and drive sustainable change for our communities. These programs have directly contributed to the growth and global recognition of Niue language and heritage, fostering a stronger, more connected global community.I’ve spearheaded initiatives such as the world’s first Niue Performing Arts Academy, Niue Music Concert, Niue Art Exhibit and Fashion Show, and regional Niue Youth Rallies focused on youth empowerment. A key highlight was founding Hologa Niue, the world’s largest Niue cultural festival, which drew over participants from New Zealand, Australia, and Niue in February 2025 to celebrate and revitalize Niue’s heritage.Alongside my community work, I’m a professional R&B and hip-hop artist, using my music to blend my cultural roots with contemporary issues and inspire audiences. My songs, featured on mainstream radio, TV, and in-flight entertainment, serve as a platform for amplifying community causes, especially within the Pacific Islander diaspora. Honored with ministerial awards for my leadership, I currently serve on multiple regional and national governance boards and advisory panels. These roles continue to fuel my commitment to systemic change, enabling me to seek innovative solutions that positively impact industries and communities alike.Terrible at managing my LinkedIn inbox, but fantastic at coffee catch-ups!
