Partner with Account Managers in North America to understand our customer’s needs and develop a strategy to meet and exceed them; utilizing my technical experience and GE’s expansive portfolio to customize offerings that maximize output, turndown, and efficiency while managing emissions and Balance of Plant limitations. In addition, I work with customers to solve operational issues like an increase in emissions, loss of performance, or hardware degradation. We work with resources like S&P to understand the Power Market our customer is in and what we can do to improve their position. On the business side, I consistently utilize Lean to continuously improve the process to handover solutions to Application Engineers writing the proposals and expedite the process to provide Indicative Quotes that help our Account and Commercial Managers build the value story for our customer.
