With over 20 years of progressive experience in the technology product development field, I am a dynamic team leader skilled in driving the development of innovative application solutions that exceed client expectations while meeting demanding time restraints. My expertise lies in developing scalable solutions that significantly improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. I am adept at defining and mapping project scope, specifications, timelines, resources, and budgets, utilizing a mix of Lean principles (Scrum, CMMI, ITIL, COBIT) and various software/project methodologies to manage risks and maintain momentum throughout the development life cycle and into Service Support. As a passionate leader of cross-functional IT teams, I foster an environment that encourages creative input and independent ideas, driving innovation and enabling the production of high-quality products and services. My work history includes serving as CEO of XGEN Applications, where I led project management and product development services for technology innovators, specializing in rapid creation, testing, and deployment of service-based software products (SaaS). I also founded Sandlot Kings, investing in early-stage technology concepts and providing strategic guidance and operational support. Sandlot Kings continues conducting research into training and validating AI models while surfacing new use cases for leveraging the current market-leading AI tools as enablers to product development teams. As Director Of Software Development at Brandt Information Services and Director of Product Strategy at Sovereign Sportsman Solutions, I provided strategic vision for product lines and guided the implementation of web-based and mobile products catering to the outdoor recreation space.
