As an English tutor for children immigrating to America, I understand firsthand the challenges faced by non-English speakers who move to a new country. Drawing from my own experiences as a first-generation university student and immigrant, I empathetically guided these children through their language learning journey. My role went beyond teaching grammar and vocabulary; I fostered a supportive environment where they could gain the confidence to speak English fluently. It was deeply fulfilling to see them grow in their abilities and adapt to their new linguistic environment with more ease and assurance. I was honored to see them excel in their education and all areas of life.
