I bring a unique dual perspective shaped by almost three decades of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. This blend of agency and consulting experience gives me a 360-degree view of project delivery, enabling me to anticipate client needs, navigate stakeholder complexities, and lead multidisciplinary teams through the entire project life cycle of high-impact water infrastructure projects. While at the Orange County Sanitation District I led the development of the 20-year,$6B capital improvement program, created an asset management team to manage the agency’s $12B infrastructure, and led the planning and execution of the final expansion of the Groundwater Replenishment Program, a partnership with Orange County Water District. My mission is to deliver sustainable, resilient and community-aligned infrastructure solutions while building strong partnerships and high-performing teams along the way.
