My work sits at the intersection of strategy, learning design, and organizational capability. I connect vision to action, shaping systems that establish clear objectives and produce durable changes in knowledge, capability, and performance.Over the past decade, I’ve led the design and scaling of learning programs, communities of practice, and credential pathways for technical and professional audiences. I approach learning as a form of organizational design, combining design thinking with systems-level judgment to create clarity, coherence, and impact at scale.
