About Erin Schwartz
I’m a community driven global thinker with 20+ years of experience cultivating and leading dynamic, innovative, impactful partnerships. I’ve been described as visionary, persuasive, and strategic. I am passionate about leading inclusively and collaborating among diverse, savvy teams. I have a hands-on approach to leading high performing organizations. My skills range from business development and fundraising to external relations and communications to change management. I thrive on bringing sectors together for the greater good. But I certainly don’t do it alone. I’ve worked with amazing colleagues and partners across Seattle and around the world — having lived, worked, and traveled in 25+ countries. Most recently, I’ve focused on strategic initiatives across industry and academia with engineering companies in tech, aerospace and more, such as Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon, T-Mobile, Blue Origin, and Intel. Past collaborators have included Novartis, Pfizer, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, to bring 4.5 million annual doses of life-saving oncology drugs to people facing cancer in LMICs.I’m driven by my curiosity and my values. I’m always eager to make new community connections. Please reach out to learn more about my work, to tell me about yours, and to explore partnership opportunities!
Experience

Mar 2016 — Present
I serve as a board member with Parkview Services which provides housing counseling for people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). Parkview, also, provides inclusive mortgage default counseling for anyone living in Washington State. The inclusion of individuals and families with I/DD into communities in Washington has been Parkview Services\' primary mission since 1968. I’m also proud to have been a counselor at Parkview’s Group Home when I was in grad school over 20 years ago.
