Perform website tests according to planned schedules, or after any website or application revisions. Identify problems uncovered through testing or customer feedback and correct problems. Maintain health of web servers by verifying snapshots are taking place daily, verifying that database backups are taking place daily and monitoring and resolving server alerts. Perform upgrades to web servers to be sure they are on the latest versions of Operating Systems. Perform upgrades to application software to make sure they are on the latest versions.
