Erick Coser, 33, is a tech entrepreneur on a mission to fix public security in Brazil as co-founder and CEO of Gabriel. The Qualcomm and SoftBank-backed startup is the simplest way for Brazilians to connect their homes\' surroundings with Public Security forces to fight crime and impunity. As of September 2025, its 14,500 smart cameras, deployed across more than subscribers — primarily condominium associations — read 70 million license plates every month. Through a first-of-its-kind rapid dispatch integration with both the São Paulo State Military Police and the Rio de Janeiro State Military Police, it flag over 200 hot-listed vehicles daily and have enabled the recovery of more than 80 stolen cars. In parallel, its forensic analysis partnership with the Civil Police of both states supports an average of 15 criminal investigations per day — contributing to 517 arrests, clearing the names of nine wrongfully indicted citizens, and locating eleven missing persons.Previously, he was a founding team member of startups in Brazil and in the Philippines, as well as international expansion lead for German and Chinese startups, including unicorns Mobike (), acquired by Meituan (), and Rocket Internet.He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) and a Master of Science in Management degree from Tsinghua University () as a Masayoshi Son Fellow of the Schwarzman Scholars Program ().
