Responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and team at Elevate. • Responsible for the identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of significant operational and strategic risks • Works closely with the Chief Risk Officer to identify opportunities and risks, as well as partner with various business areas within Elevate to identify and resolve risks • Work with key members in Compliance, IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to identify, assess, and track issues that present enterprise risk to Elevate • Plan, manage, and conduct risk assessments and process reviews, as well as recommend and assist in implementing changes as a result of such assessments/reviews • Development of Risk Appetite Statements and associated metrics • Stood up and managed Elevate’s Issue Management, Enterprise Risk Assessment (ERA), and Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes • Report on key initiatives to the Enterprise Risk Management and the Board Risk Committees • Oversight of Credit Governance, including Credit Committee and Credit Decision processes • Serve as Secretary for Board Risk and Enterprise Risk Management Committee meetings • Oversight of Elevate’s Credit Reporting and Dispute functions and associated teams
