ABOUT ERIC GERBER

For over 25 years, Eric has led all types of Growth Initiatives in companies large and small and developed a deep expertise in new product development, strategic planning, incubation, and M&A. Eric has held senior roles in large companies including as a VP for Business Development at Danaher and as the SVP for Strategy and Corporate Development for all of Agilent. In these roles, Eric led the strategic planning function, M&A from sourcing to integration, and managed equity investing from Seed to Series C in VC backed ventures. More recently, Eric has been working with smaller companies supporting them in sell side activities and has successfully adapted large company practices in M&A and strategic planning to drive growth in smaller organizations. Although Eric started his career as a scientist, he is equally passionate about helping teams drive growth in any market setting. Eric has a unique ability to leverage Lean tools and Lean thinking to help teams find and implement solutions to difficult innovation and strategic questions, His approach is deeply collaborative, and he is able to tailor the tool box to the challenges an organization is facing regardless of size or market.
