With more than 16 years of experience in the multifamily and real estate industry, I bring extensive operational knowledge and a proven record of success in property operations, acquisitions, and dispositions. As Regional Property Manager for the Texas Division of Asset Living, I am known for strong leadership, strategic oversight, and expertise in managing and optimizing multifamily communities.I began my real estate career as Marketing Director for Dress Custom Homes at the Shores of Rockwall, where I developed my passion for the industry. Since then, I have built a reputation for identifying the unique needs of each property and implementing strategies that drive operational efficiency, increase asset value, and enhance community performance.Throughout my career, I have successfully led on-site teams with a hands-on leadership approach, implemented sustainability initiatives, overseen construction and renovation projects, and managed competitive bidding processes.
