ABOUT ERICA MULLALY
I began my career in the fast-casual restaurant industry, managing an Arby’s franchise location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of South Dakota in 2011, I joined the HR team of a growing Midwest-based wireless retailer, ZWireless- today, known as Victra. Over the next five years, as the company expanded nationwide, I transitioned into Business Development, specializing in lease and acquisition management.In 2016, I transitioned into real estate and development with Cresten Capital. Today, as Senior Partner, I work closely with the operations teams of Cresten Properties, CPM, Cresten Construction, Lucky’s, and Blue Star (Anytime Fitness) to drive growth and ensure the continued success of each business.I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate in South Dakota and passionate about contributing to my community. I serve on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association of South Dakota, the Downtown Sioux Falls Business Improvement District, and, since June 2023, the City of Sioux Falls Planning Commission.
