As a Principal Validation Engineer at Medpace, it\'s the perfect opportunity to both manage a team and continue as an individual contributor participating in the daily activities of testing. Responsibilities include: Managing a team of 7+ Validation Engineers. Mentor and coach team members in all aspects of validation. Lead the validation efforts of various projects (maintenance, small/medium/large system modernizations) insuring adherence to all processes and procedures in support of regulatory expectations. Work closely and collaborate with business users, development, validation engineers, and periodically with end users to ultimately deliver validated software with exceptional quality. On any given day, perform typical IT activities including capturing requirements, analyzing test scenarios, writing and reviewing test cases, executing test cases and raising defects when needed, documenting pre and post testing activities in formal documentation.
